- Items must be returned in resellable condition (no stains, fur, odors, or damage)
🐾 For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened pet food, grooming supplies, and bedding are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on the following items:
- Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items returned without original packaging or beyond the 30-day return window
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the situation—at no extra cost to you.
